It wasn't until high school that I regularly started drinking coffee. I grew up in Houston, TX. While there, I worked part-time at a local coffee shop and continued to hone my skills. The more time I spent at the coffee shop, the more I developed a passion for coffee. I eventually became interested in the industry and founded My Coffee City. I have experience with many types of coffee makers as well as cupping, roasting, and brewing techniques. I take pride in creating a great cup of coffee. My Coffee City's main goal is to provide quality articles and recipes.
